Oven-roast potatoes


Bob's Roast potatoes


  • 6 potatoes, peeled and cut diagonally
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ packet of brown onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp butter


  1. Lightly grease a roasting pan with olive oil.
  2. Slice medium potatoes horizontally.
  3. Scrape the surface with a fork.
  4. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with brown onion soup. Dot with butter.
  6. Roast at 180  degrees  centigrade for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden.
