- 130g melted butter
- 200g soft brown sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 300g peanut butter
- Cream together the sugar and melted butter.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until combined.
- Roll into balls and flatten with a fork.
- Bake at 170C for 10 mins. The biscuits will harden while you leave them to cool.
