About

My copper pot is dedicated to my mom – who has taught me everything I know about cooking, home-making, decorating and hosting. She is my very own Martha Stewart and her creativity, strength and determination inspire me every day.

Growing up, I’ve grown to love so many of my mom’s recipes – she has even written her own recipe book inspired by the orange orchard property she lives on. We share a love of most things (including copper pots) and she has passed her love of cooking on to me (although I’m better at recipe finding and tasting than recipe perfecting).

These recipes are mostly hers – inspired by her, found by her, shared with her, tested by her or influenced by her in some way.

Some are from her mother or her mother’s mother or my Dad’s mother. Some are from my sister, from friends, from aunts, from cousins, from family old and new and others are from popular chefs.

Some are healthy and some are definitely not healthy. Some are old classics and some are more modern – there is no order or theme just my favourite recipes all in one place that we work on together.

For my mom x
