Ingredients
- 1 packet Tennis biscuits
- 185g butter
- Coconut to taste
- 125ml sugar
- 125g pitted dates chopped
Method
- Place butter, dates and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil.
- Pour over broken biscuits and mix well.
- Add coconut to taste.
- Press mixture into tin and smooth with spoon.
- Sprinkle with plenty of coconut and place in freezer to set.
