Ingredients

  • 150-175 g
  • 2 Tbsp syrup
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp bicarb
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut

Method

Melt butter and syrup. Stir in bicarb – allow to “foam.”

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Press firmly into a greased baking dish (+/- 1 cm thick.)

Bake @ 300 degrees C for 20 mins.

Cool slightly before cutting.
