Ingredients

  • 3 cups wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  •  500 ml liquid yoghurt OR 250 ml yoghurt and 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp melted honey
  • 2 level tsp bicarb

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix yoghurt and honey and stir in bicarb, allowing to foam.
  3. Add dry ingredients (soft scone type dough- may need more milk.)
  4. Bake @ 180 for 1 hour.
