Ingredients
- 3 cups wholewheat flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- 500 ml liquid yoghurt OR 250 ml yoghurt and 250 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp melted honey
- 2 level tsp bicarb
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix yoghurt and honey and stir in bicarb, allowing to foam.
- Add dry ingredients (soft scone type dough- may need more milk.)
- Bake @ 180 for 1 hour.
