- 4 cups flour; 500gr butter chilled;
- 2 tsp white vinegar;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 2 Tbsp chilled water (if necc)
- Tot of brandy (opt)
- Grate butter into flour. Add salt, vinegar and water.
- Roll out thinly and cut into round shapes for pans keeping enough for stars on top.
- Fill with Xmas mince (and tot brandy opt) and brush with egg yolk.
- Bake @ 180 for 15 mins. Sprinkle with castor sugar when cool (opt.)
